Price erosion
Unauthorized sellers race each other to the bottom, your RRP collapses, and your legitimate retail accounts start asking why they can't compete. We consolidate the channel and hold the floor.
Authorized wholesale partner · United States
Sahir Group is a purchasing partner, not a consignment reseller. We take title to the goods, pay on agreed terms, and run your US marketplace presence to the standard your brand team would sign off on.
The problem we solve
Distribution in the United States rarely fails because demand isn't there. It fails because nobody owns the channel — and the damage shows up in your pricing, your imagery and your retail relationships.
Unauthorized sellers race each other to the bottom, your RRP collapses, and your legitimate retail accounts start asking why they can't compete. We consolidate the channel and hold the floor.
Phone photos, machine-translated bullets, wrong specifications. The first impression a US customer has of your brand is written by someone who has never seen your brand book. We rebuild every listing.
Going out of stock resets months of ranking momentum and hands the position to a competitor. We forecast 90 days ahead and carry buffer inventory at our own cost, not yours.
Our model
Agencies bill you monthly and leave the inventory risk on your balance sheet. Traders buy cheap and vanish into the marketplace. We do neither — we purchase the goods, then operate the channel as if the brand were our own.
How a partnership starts
We don't ask for exclusivity, a retainer, or a large opening order. We ask for a line sheet and the chance to show you what your brand currently looks like in the United States.
You send wholesale pricing, MOQs and available SKUs. We sign an NDA first if you prefer.
We map every seller, price point and listing carrying your brand in the US, and send you the report. Free, no obligation.
A deliberately small first purchase order, paid in advance, so you judge us on delivered results rather than promises.
Quarterly forecasts, standing purchase orders and agreed payment terms once both sides are confident.
From our partners
Put it in the contract
Every point below goes into the partnership agreement. If we breach one, you have a contractual remedy — not a difficult conversation.
We will not list below the minimum advertised price you set, on any channel, at any time — including promotional periods, unless you approve them.
We sell only on the channels named in the agreement. No unauthorized redistribution, no wholesaling your goods on to third parties.
Listing copy and imagery are submitted for your sign-off before publication, and every asset we create for your brand is yours to keep.
If the partnership ends, listings and brand registry control transfer back to you. No hostage-taking, no leverage clauses.
Questions brands ask first
No. MAP compliance is written into our agreement, and it is the reason most brands work with us in the first place. If you find one of our listings below your floor, it is a breach of contract and we treat it that way.
We hold the same price floor your other partners are asked to hold, which means we compete on service and presentation rather than on discounting. In practice a disciplined marketplace channel protects your retail accounts, because it removes the unauthorized sellers they were losing to.
Opening orders are paid in advance, so you carry no risk on a new relationship. Once volume is established we typically move to agreed terms. We are flexible on MOQs for a first order — we would rather start small and grow than negotiate a large commitment neither side has earned yet.
You do. Brand registry, listing control and every asset we produce transfer back to you on exit. We consider anything else a conflict of interest.
Not to begin with. Some brands eventually ask us to become their exclusive US marketplace partner, because a single accountable seller is easier to police than several — but that is a decision for later, not a condition of starting.
Traditional distribution and marketplace operation are different disciplines. Many brands find their distributor handles physical retail well but has little real control over online listings and pricing. The audit will show you exactly where that gap sits, whether or not you work with us afterwards.
